Excersise
Well, I did 10 minutes on the gazelle tonight. Boy, that could sound really dirty =0p I did the intermediate setting. Hopefully that counts as a little bit of excersise, I was definitely working up a sweat. So, here is a question. Am I supposed to do the beginner time AND the intermediate time? Or am I just supposed to do the intermediate? I'm not sure. Depending on how badly my legs hurt tomorrow, I might try to do both (which would be 20 minutes!)

I also tried to do some jump roping. I didn't count that towards my excersise time because I couldn't "get going". The highest number I got was 18 jumps before messing up and having to start over again. Hehe. I probably jumped for about 10 minutes, and I definitely got my heart rate up, but I don't know, just didn't seem worth counting since I started and stopped so much.

I'm no exert, and I may be really, really off on my calculations for that fried rice, but that seems kind of bad. Why am I not getting at least 1000 calories a day. Is that why I'm having troubles with my weight? Am I actually starving myself? I mean, you can see that I eat!!! but maybe I'm not getting enough? *Sigh* Wish I wasn't so confused by all this stuff!

Hey, thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment!! :)

You definately need to get more calories in your diet- you are right to think 1250 is good! I would suggest that you go easy on the soy sauce, it is quite high in sodium which is bad for the heart!? ;) But your taco soup sounds delish, I may have to try the recipe! :)

Good luck with your weight loss, oh and I think there is a site called Sparkpeople that calculates all the calories and nutrition value in almost any food you can think of? You might want to check it out?

Hey VegasGirl! Welcome to the Race to the Shower Challenge! Yeah, Annie's right, you are not eating enough food. Totally sign up for Sparkpeople. There's a link on my website to sign up. You need to eat more fruit and veggies throughout the day, as well as more lean protein and dairy, such as string cheese, low fat yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, almonds, etc. It's all about the portions and educating yourself. Knowledge is power!
