A nice spinach salad is always good too, I like mine with a hard boiled egg finely chopped, some cherry tomatoes and lots of mushrooms, and a touchlow fat ranch dressing.

Lady Rose (80 lbs lost so far, only 60ish to go)Cynthia Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11499286104507733785noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1328806125311364570.post-70282812260330400662007-06-25T17:31:00.000-07:002007-06-25T17:31:00.000-07:00Ohhhh, garlic!Ohhhh, garlic!Lift Heavy Rockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01360913069636375521noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1328806125311364570.post-82552036180411803522007-06-24T21:47:00.000-07:002007-06-24T21:47:00.000-07:00Spinach is yummy. IOW, if you spray the crap out of toast with spray butter, it's the same as spreading on a piece of regular butter.

There are a lot of great spinach dishes. Then they tell you it has no calories in order to sabotage the efforts of fat people to lose weight.

Spinach is great. You can eat it in turnovers (I did a whole blog post about spinach), pasteles, empanadas, creamed, with cheese, in salads, with other steamed veggies, by itself right out of the bag, or you can turn it into spinach dip for your carrots.Moby Dickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17921345586805781063noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1328806125311364570.post-41220469969737433582007-06-22T17:25:00.000-07:002007-06-22T17:25:00.000-07:00I bought the spray butter too - wanted to drink it...I bought the spray butter too - wanted to drink it actually once I saw that it was virtually zero!
